Dear Members of Manly Theatre Group,

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Manly Theatre Group Inc., scheduled as follows:

• Date: Tuesday 20 May 2025

• Time: 7.30pm to 9pm

• Location: Community Room, Manly Library.

The AGM is a vital event in our calendar, providing an opportunity to:

• Present the Annual Report, including financial statements for the past year

• Elect or re-elect members of the Committee

• Share achievements and future plans for the organisation

• Address any questions or feedback from members

All members are encouraged to attend and participate. If you wish to propose an agenda item or nominate for a Committee position, please submit your request in writing to manlytheatregroup@gmail.com by 01 May 2025.

For those unable to attend, proxy voting forms are available upon request.

We value your involvement and look forward to your contribution as we continue to strengthen our organisation and its mission.
